In some cases, it is possible to increase the volume of the breasts without the need for prostheses using fat injections. The fat is removed during surgery using liposuction in a defined area after discussions between the patient and surgeon. The fat is then treated according to a specific technique and then fed back into the two breasts in order to increase the breast volume. The main advantage of this technique is the absence of visible scars on the breasts.
